Churches, liquor stores and gun shops (pawn shops) are often found close in many Black neighbors, is there a reason for this?

I have began to read your book and became so excited with the simple intelligence that it brings to the thought process. I have only read up to page fifty and I had to stop and tell you how this book is a much needed message for the Black community. I have become disenchanted with the local church with its parasitic practices that keep us in psychological, financial, and spiritual slavery. The different control mechanisms such as fear, guilt, along with the power of suggestion, coercive persuassion, propaganda, and rhetoric. We as Black people must become critical thinkers and not allow ourselves to continue to operat in activated ignorance. We must raise our thinking to a level of activated intelligence. This parasitic organization is literally our people and if we don't become aware of its destructive teachings and learnings it could very well cause us genetic destruction. Man, I am so looking foward to meeting and dialogueing with you in the future. I want to thank you for your intellectual courage to produce a level of awareness that we are self destructing through a learning process with its learning material that is corrosively taking our achievements in the opposite direction. I encourage you that you are not alone.

First let me say, that Dr. Cole I was inspired to search you out, after seeing you on the Tony Brown show this morning. I would like to say, that your efforts are appreciated, and well respected because I am sure, that you are sincere when you say " As a Black Man, I want more for my people ".

I want you to think about something. The topic, Churches, Liquor Stores, Pawn Shops, all represent what to our communities..?? Dependance. Nubian people, blacks, latinos etc. are dependant on a god that does nothing for them because we were misled into praying to the same god that enslaved us. The Liquor store represents the chemical dependance that a lot of our people were forced into because they wouldn't fall for the mental dependance that religion expects. The pawn shop represents the financial dependance because our people don't pass on any other form of " inheritance " except debt. We aren't passing on legacy's, we are passing on bills. We have been subliminally seduced into thinking that the Puffys' and 50 cents' of the world are images of success, when actually they are the image of the Black Devil. They represent people that left our communities, made their wealth off of our support and then propogated a negative image to the world, on how we treat each other,( gangs, thugs) how we treat our women, ( all the clothes taken off, No black women with naturals and cultural upbringings on t.v.) and how we expect to live our lives, ( any excess money is used at strip clubs, rims, gaudy jewelry, instead of changing our communities for the better). These business, and yes the church is a business, are in our communities, because as the real children of the Most High, We are hated by all nations. Blacks are still in a bondage. The only way to change a people is to change how they think. We have to re-educate our people with the facts of who we are and where we come from. We have to re-instill a desire to help our own and just our own. Who cares what other people or races think. It's convenient for Caucasians to say, We're racists when we throw up a picture of Jesus and he's black because the bible says he was. But they weren't racists throwing up the image of Michealangelo's brother and calling it Jesus. They werent' racists when they said God is white, and everything good is white, and everything black is bad. Angels food cake is white, and Devils food cake is chocolate brown or black. Come on !! As a student teacher of Dr. Malachi Z. York, I encourage our people to ask more of themselves to learn more, do more for others, and seek out the facts.

Since there are those of our people that still think " Whitey " cares for them, fine, stay where you are in your churches, masjids etc.. , Stay where you are in your emploment, and dependance. I'm sure that after 400 years of getting hit over the head, chewed up by dogs, and an illegal justice system, hasn't awoken those eyes yet, it probably never will.
