We hope that you find our book The Black Church: The Root of the Problems of the Black Community informative and inspiring. We welcome your input and feedback. Although we address issues such as the Black Church and Christianity, this is not a religious book. This is a self-help book. Since we cannot make any significant improvements in the quality of life for Black people without God, any solution to our problems must include The Church and spirituality. We hope to develop a philosophy of life that prevents problems from occurring rather than one that makes our problems less painful.
